EWISP
- Executive Women International Scholarship Program (for High School
Juniors)
|
|
|
|
For
more than a quarter century, EWISP has helped students achieve their
educational goals. Recognized by Money Magazine as one of the 12 top
scholarship opportunities, the program focuses on the best and brightest
students.
Through the sponsorship of their high school, students compete at both
chapter and corporate levels. Richmond Chapter competition is completed in
March. The Chapter's top
finalist is ranked at the corporate level in July.
In
2006 the Richmond Chapter awarded three $2,000 scholarships to high
school juniors, payable in July 2007 to the college of their choice.
Through
participation in the EWISP process, high school juniors realize the value
of planning for their future. They organize their thoughts and set goals
for their lives, so that regardless of their placement in the chapter or
national competition, they have taken a step toward realizing their dreams.
