Thank you for visiting the web site of the Executive Women International, Richmond Chapter. (EWI)  If you are looking to join an organization where you can gain new skills, develop new business and personal relationships, we are a perfect fit! EWI has been providing a unique membership experience for member firms and their representatives since 1938.  This is when Lucille Johnson Perkins decided that there should be a group of business women who could meet, connect and help one another personally and professionally.  What makes us unique is the fact that our members are the companies---not their representative.  We can sum up our vision and our mission with three words.
